Alewa Heights Remodel & Addition

This project consisted of remodeling and restoring a classic 1950's home in Alewa Heights.  We redesigned the kitchen and other spaces to take advantage of the amazing views.

Kaneohe Addition

This project consists of a 2,000 SF 2-story addition to an existing dwelling. The addition has vaulted scissor truss ceilings on the upper level, large covered lanai with beautiful views of the koolau mountains. The exterior is hardi-panel siding with board & batten detailing and EFS columns sitting on a 10,000 SF lot.

Kailua Addition

This project was a 2-story addition to a home in Kailua. It consisted of a new 2-car garage below and a large loft space which included a sleeping area, wetbar, living area and small side lanai.

Maunawili Residence

This project consists of a 3 level 3-bedroom 2-bath home on a very steep lot. It has beautiful views from the third floor master suite. The exterior is EFS stucco finish and the interior has hardwood floors and natural stone.
